It all started with a simple idea: “Pizza, beer, and ice cream.” In January of 2013, we opened our doors to celebrate this idea, but with our own twist. Here at Community Pie, we specialize in authentic Neapolitan and traditional New York Style pizza making, hand crafted, homemade gelato from our sister restaurant Milk & Honey, and a huge selection of craft beers.

Originating from the birthplace of pizza, our Neapolitan style pizza follows the time tested traditions of authentic Neapolitan Pizza from the process of making the dough to the way we cook our pizzas in traditional wood-fire ovens imported from Italy. We combine this with both traditional and non-traditional toppings that celebrate high quality and locally sourced ingredients.

Pizza was created in Naples; however, some people believe it was brought to Little Italy in New York City to be perfected. We also offer New York style pizza as a menu option. Having spent a lot of time both eating and studying the techniques of the best pizza makers in New York City, we decided that this would be a perfect compliment to our more simple, craft option of Neapolitan pizza. Thin crust, big flavors and unique toppings are what you will find on these pizzas. We use special deck ovens to bake these pizzas to perfection. Our New York style pizzas are available by the slice or as a whole pie.

Pair your favorite pizza with one of our 40 craft beers on draft. We also carry select canned beers and bombers of high gravity, ciders, imports, domestics, and other craft beers. Not in the mood for a brew? No problem! We have a full bar that features wine, unique specialty drinks and homemade drinking vinegars.

Don’t forget about dessert. Community Pie is proud to serve a range of fun, rotating flavors of gelato, which are made-from-scratch by our friends at Milk & Honey. Our gelato is made using the best raw ingredients, fresh homemade flavors and special gelato making equipment that we imported from Italy. Each batch is made by hand, completely from scratch using raw dairy and fresh fruits, herbs and homemade syrups.
